Since 1994, Kevin B. Faga, Esq., PC has represented clients in both litigated and transactional matters, involving residential and commercial real estate, general business, commercial litigation, personal injury, family law and criminal defense, including RICO actions and assorted felonies, misdemeanors and administrative violations.
Mr. Faga regularly practices in Federal, State and local courts, as well as administrative tribunals, and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
A lifelong resident of Westchester County, he graduated from Iona Grammar School and Iona Preparatory School, before attending New York University Stern School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, in the dual majors of Finance and International Business. In 1993, he graduated from Pace University School of Law, with a Juris Doctor. A community minded father of two, Mr. Faga serves on the Board of Directors of two 501(c)(3) charitable organizations; Happy Tales Animal Sanctuary and Release Assistance For Convicted Individuals.
Additionally, since 2006, he has served as Legal Advisor to Hispanics Across America, The New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers, The Bodega Association of the United States and The Upper Manhattan Restaurant and Lounge Association.
Joseph Hladki, Jr., is a graduate of Pace University where he received a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
Joseph earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014 and is a member of the New York State Bar (admitted in 2015) and the New Jersey State Bar (admitted in 2014). After being admitted to the Bar, Joseph began and continues to work for Kevin B. Faga, Esq. Under Mr. Faga's tutelage, Joseph has become proficient in the areas of Criminal Defense, Matrimonial & Family Law, Civil & Commercial Litigation, General Business and Real Estate Transactions.
Joseph, a native of the Bronx, is heavily active in the Bronx and Westchester County communities. When Joseph is not in the courtroom or the office, he can be found at a local community board meeting or at a philanthropic fundraiser in Westchester County. Joseph prides himself on his zealous advocacy of his clients and work with his communities.
